James replaced 4 sconces - making new installations for 2 of them. 8 outlets were placed in a garage area. Outlets were repaired, difficult lights were replaced, and transformer problems were found. He was helpful with all questions and the bill was fair. He was prompt, pleasant, and fantastic with clean up.

Jim Butler answered my call quickly, came to look at the work, and presented an estimate in under 3 days.

He was on site within a week. He showed at the agreed time, took preparations to keep the work site clean. One sconce was replaced with 2 sconces in new places. Two others were installed. Other work included placing new electrical outlets in garage area. I had other minor questions and jobs which he completed. He cleaned the work area and left it in better condition.

He is a delight to work with and very personable. I highly recommend him

James came out to review the job even though he was no longer servicing the area. He was prompt, pleasant, and knowledgeable. However, even with the special promo credit a bit expensive. I ended up hiring someone else that was more local. In any case, he was always polite and professional. I should have had him do the work from the beginning, but put things off.

A friend of mine recommended Jimmy for some electrical work during a recent remodel of my house. I called Jimmy and he picked up the phone, we scheduled an appointment for the job. Quick & Easy. He showed up early and knocked the work out in no time. I have worked with a few different electricians over the years and I can honestly say that Jimmy is the best. It is great to see that customer service is not dead.
